The City of Kingston and the Kingston Economic Development Corporation work in partnership with many community organizations to welcome newcomers to our community.  The following services are available at no cost.

  • Settlement Services
    Settlement Services Workers will meet with you to help answer your questions about settlement issues, employment, language studies, education, health and any other questions you may have about your new community.
  • Social & Recreational Services
    ISKA offers English Conversation Circles, Monthly Potlucks, Special Events and Host/Friendship Matching new immigrants with a Canadian friend.

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
